"За різними версіями, за призначенням Галущенка в "Енергоатом" могли стояти проросійські сили або структури найбагатшої людини України Ріната Ахметова, який має значні інтереси в енергетичній галузі. У першому варіанті остаточне рішення по Галущенку в Офісі Президента нібито приймав Андрій Єрмак, а в другому майбутньому міністру нібито проводив співбесіду "відповідальний" за атомну енергетику Сергій Шефір", — нагадує видання. Зокрема, проросійські інтереси пов'язують міністра з нардепом Андрієм Деркачем, який знаходиться під персональними санкціями США як агент Кремля.

"Серед ключових" проросійських "рішень, які Галущенко нібито лобіював на посаді віцепрезидента компанії після призначення в квітні 2020 року, називають блокування добудови Центрального сховища відпрацьованого ядерного палива. Фактично його завершення "заморозили" чи не на фініші. Серед іншого, це було пов'язано з бажанням "протягнути" на тендер з добудови компанії скандального екс-нардепа Максима Микита", — наголошується в матеріалі.

Напередодні стало відомо, що "Енергоатом" просить Міненерго дозволити добудову без необхідних сертифікатів і в обхід будівельних норм.

"Можливо — щоб встигнути хоча б базові роботи закінчити до символічної дати — 30-річчя Незалежності. Але за фактом зробити це буде, звичайно ж, неможливо. Чим довше в Україні немає свого ЦСВЯП, тим довше вона змушена платити за зберігання відпрацьованого палива країні- агресору", — йдеться в статті.

Інші факти вказують на роботу Галущенка в "Енергоатомі" в інтересах енергокомпаній Ріната Ахметова.

"Як відомо, 2020 рік атомники закінчили з багатомільярдними збитками. Про реальний стан справ в НАЕК, наприклад, може свідчити 400-мільйонний кредит, взятий в комерційному банку не на операційну діяльність, а на банальну виплату зарплати. У самій компанії збитки пояснили "курсовими різницями" і неринковими умовами продажу електроенергії, а також боргами споживачів. Однак, згідно з внутрішніми даними самої компанії, електроенергія продавалася взагалі без будь-яких КРІ за заниженими цінами в інтересах трейдерів Ахметова і структур Ігоря Коломойського. З цього приводу Національне антикорупційне бюро України навіть відкрило окреме кримінальне провадження і в лютому 2021 року проводило в "Енергоатомі" обшуки", — нагадує видання.

"Більш довгостроковим "шкідництвом" на користь приватної і дорожчої теплової та "зеленої" генерації експерти називають навмисне затягування з ремонтами енергоблоків АЕС, несвоєчасну закупівлю необхідного обладнання для безпечної експлуатації станцій. Що не дозволяє продавати достатні обсяги дешевої атомної енергії в систему", — додають журналісти.

Крім того, на думку авторів матеріалу, заснованого на експертних оцінках, в довгострокові плани Ахметова входить приватизація всього "Енергоатому" або його найбільш привабливих активів по якомога нижчій цінй після потенційного банкрутства компанії, загнаної штучно в збитки.

"В цілому кандидатура Галущенка спочатку не була з великим захопленням сприйнята ні експертним співтовариством, ні професіоналами енергетичної галузі, ні міжнародними партнерами України. Нікого особливо не надихала перспектива мати в міністрах фігуранта "живого" розслідування НАБУ і людини, чия участь в корупційних схемах виглядає настільки очевидною. Саме тому його відставку в парламенті сприймуть швидше як довгоочікуване полегшення, ніж як вимушене прощання з професіоналом, який зарекомендував себе", — резюмує видання.

Нагадаємо, що видання "Коментарі" інформувало своїх читачів про те, що Міненерго отримало нового керівника: з чим зіткнеться Галущенко.
